Please follow these simple steps to determine your registration category prior to registering for the Conference.

Determine your Membership Status

Membership in ISDS gives you the ability to participate in the governance of the Society, and with the coming launch of our new website this fall, member features that will support your professional growth. When you register for the Conference as a Member, the fees are discounted by the amount of your annual fees. Non-members should consider joining the Society so they may register for the Conference as a Member.

Determine your Registration Category

There are four main categories of Registrants and two sub-categories.

  1. Student Members and Non-Members must be enrolled at an accredited university as a full-time student as either and undergraduate or graduate student at the time of the conference to qualify for student discounted rates. Proof of enrollment will be required.
  2. Developing Country attendees must be citizens of a “low-income” or “lower-middle income” country as defined by the World Bank in 2015. Proof of eligibility will be required. A list of eligible countries may be viewed here.
  3. Members are all registrants who do not qualify for either discounted category above. Non-members should choose this option and join the Society when registering for the conference. Membership is $50 and members receive a $50 discount on conference registration.
  4. Non-Members and Government includes all persons who do not wish to include a membership with their registration. (Please note that the cost of an annual membership in ISDS is fully offset by discounted registration rates.)

Choose your Events

The Conference is a two-day event, December 7-8, 2016. You may register for both days (best value) or if you are unable to attend both days, you may register for either the 7th or the 8th as a One-Day Registrant.

The Pre-Conference Workshops offer an immersive full-day educational experience before the main Conference on December 6th. All persons who have registered for the Conference may add a Pre-Conference workshop. (Conference registration is required to purchase a Workshop.)

Registration is open. Please note that registration rates increase the later you register.

Onsite rates apply on November 19th.

Cancellation

Cancellations received by November 30, 2016 receive a refund of fees less a $50 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after this date.
